THE SITE
The site of the River View Residences is upon one of the few hills in the area, directly below the Parador. It overlooks the old 19 and 20 Century docks and the ferry terminal that runs daily to Portugal. A short walk and you cross for lunch in Portugal.
Cycle paths cover the area and a five-minute ride takes you down to the Ayamonte town center with its attractive old warehouses converted into restaurants and shops.
Chilling out on your terrace you can watch the boats traveling up to the villages or simply enjoy the beautiful sunset as it goes down over Portugal.
